One-on-One Fitness Training
Customized fitness training programs are developed by professional personal trainers for individuals who want to achieve specific fitness goals such as body fat reduction, cardiovascular endurance, increased strength and muscle toning. Individuals are assessed and evaluated after a battery of fitness tests to measure flexibility, body composition, posture, muscle imbalances, and functional movement abilities. Individuals then meet with a personal trainer at scheduled times throughout the week for one-on-one training sessions. This program is recommended only for individuals that are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Session times are based on availability.

Small Group Fitness Training
Three or more individuals can form a group and train together under the supervision of our personal trainers at specified times throughout the week. The emphasis of our group fitness training is on developing basic physical fitness (strength and cardiovascular endurance) through circuit training. This program is recommended for those who enjoy training with friends or co-workers in a more social atmosphere at off peak times. Session times based on facility availability and may vary depending on the time of year.

TRX Suspension Training
