Our sports performance training is movement oriented and focuses on developing competency in the eight basic movement patterns. This heavy focus on movement leads to improvements in overall athleticism which positively affects an athlete's ability to perform the specific skill sets for their sport. At The Body Club we believe in developing flexibility, speed, power, agility and strength for the purpose of helping athletes move safely and efficiently to improve athletic performance.
