Group Sports Performance Training
The emphasis of our group performance training is on developing the basic physical qualities that lay the foundation for success in athletics. Athletes will develop the fundamentals including flexibility, speed, power, agility, strength and movement skills. This is a good option for individual athletes of all ages who are just starting performance training for the first time. Session times may vary depending on the time of year. Team Sports Performance Training
Team Sports Performance Training The purpose of team performance training is to develop the physical qualities that will improve athletic performance in a specific sport. Athletes will develop sport specific flexibility, speed, power, agility, strength and movement skills. Teammates or athletes from the same sport can form a group and train together at specified times throughout the week. Pre and post sports performance testing will be conducted before the start of and at the completion of the program to measure athletic improvement. We recommend teams start this training in the early off season to maximize program effectiveness. This is a good option for club teams and off season middle school and high school athletes. Session times based on availability and may vary depending on the time of year and sport season.

One-on-One Sports Performance Training
This is the most comprehensive performance program we offer. An athlete has a customized training program developed specifically to address areas that need improvement. The athlete is assessed and evaluated after a battery of sports performance tests to determine need. The athlete then meets with a sports performance coach at scheduled times throughout the week for one-on-one training sessions. Sports performance testing will be conducted at the completion of the program to measure athletic improvement. Athletes and their parents will meet with the sports performance coach for a progress update at the midpoint and completion of the program.
This program is recommended for high school age or older athletes that are ready to specialize and prepare for the rigors of a single sport. This is a good option for high school athletes seeking athletic scholarships and college or professional athletes during the off season. We recommend off season performance training of at least 12-16 weeks in length to maximize program effectiveness. Session times are based on availability.
